Customers outside the UK, please read the "Import Duties and Taxes" section below.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 7pm Monday to Friday the same day during non-sale periods. All orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email, followed by an email notifying you that your order has shipped. Please note, during sale periods delivery will be between 3-4 working days.

We ship via DPD with PIN code delivery which offers a secure and convenient way to receive parcels. Once your order is out for delivery, DPD will email or text you your unique 4 digit PIN code which you will be required to provide the delivery driver with in order to confirm your identity before the package is handed over. Your PIN code can be given to an authorised person to receive the parcel on your behalf. If you do not provide your PIN code, your parcel will not be able to be delivered.

We may experience potential delays due to a high volume of orders, or postal service issues that are outside of our control, which could increase the above processing times.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates, shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping, we offer the following:
UK: Free express shipping: 1-3 business days
EU: Free standard Shipping: 2-11 business days
International: Free standard shipping: 3-17 business days

Cutoff times
Our cutoff time for orders to be processed the same day is 7pm (GMT), any orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.  

Undelivered Items
If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or missed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us at the courier’s discretion. Once we receive the returned order, we will contact you. Please note that any additional shipping costs, such as return to sender, duty or redeliveries will be the customer’s responsibility and deducted before a refund is issued.

Import Duties and Taxes
CTRNE will cover all import duties and taxes for orders delivered to the EU and US. 
For all other regions: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. CTRNE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are therefore your responsibility as the customer.

Checking the Status of my Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
