Undelivered Items
If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or missed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us at the courier’s discretion. Once we receive the returned order, we will contact you. Please note that any additional shipping costs, such as return to sender, duty or redeliveries will be the customer’s responsibility and deducted before a refund is issued.
Import Duties and Taxes
For the time being, CTRNE will cover all import duties and taxes (including VAT) on orders delivered outside of the UK, meaning you will not be required to pay any additional duties or taxes upon delivery.
Please note that this policy may change in the future. Should CTRNE no longer cover these charges, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. Any such charges would be the responsibility of the customer.
